Bankhead Theatre Ticket Policy:
To help reduce third-party ticket selling and fraudulent ticket orders, we have updated our mobile ticket delivery policy for shows at the Bankhead Theater and Bothwell Arts Center.
Effective September 9, 2026, mobile tickets for orders purchased on or after that date will not be included in the ticket confirmation email.
Instead, your mobile tickets will be automatically emailed to the email address on your ticket order approximately 24 hours before the performance.
When will I receive my mobile tickets?
The 24-hour delivery period is based on the performance start time, not the time you purchased your tickets.
Example:
If your show begins at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, you will receive your mobile tickets at approximately 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
You will receive:
A confirmation email shortly after purchasing your tickets.
Your mobile tickets approximately 24 hours before the performance.
This policy applies only to tickets purchased with Email selected as the delivery method, which is the default delivery method on our online ticketing page.
This security measure applies to all events at the Bankhead Theater and Bothwell Arts Center, including events currently on sale, until further notice.
What if I don’t receive my tickets?
Please check your email’s spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot locate your mobile tickets, contact the Box Office at 925-373-6800 for assistance.
Need your tickets sooner?
Visit or call the Box Office and ask to have your tickets printed.
Box Office hours are Wednesday - Saturday, noon to 6 pm
